Food grade grease

Jet-Lube and Whitmore produce high-performance and safe food grade products for industrial applications where lubricants may have incidental contact with editable products. Our products are MPI, NSF and KOSHER approved, and all are authorised to be used in food processing plants worldwide.

Marine grease

Operating in a marine environment requires specialised products to suit a harsh environment, but still provides products that are non toxic to aquatic life.

We provide products suited both in and out of the water; made to be resistant to salt and freshwater, oxidation and temperature fluctuations.

Thread grease and casing dopes

Jet-Lube produces the best quality thread grease and casing dopes to meet oil and gas specifications. We provide different options to suit all oil and gas, vertical and HDD applications. This includes producing products in a smaller particle size to suit an HDD rig auto-greaser.

Valve grease

Valve manufacturers make great valves. Many great valves need great grease. Jet-Lube manufactures a lot of the grease for OEMs, but you can source it via us directly from the manufacturer, at often much cheaper pricing than via the valve manufacturer.

High temperature sealing compound 

DEACON line consists of flange and thread sealants, high temperature sealing compounds, injectable packings and specialty products formulated to meet the needs of a diverse range of industries. These products cover a wide range of pressures, temperatures, process streams and types of equipment. 

DEACON thread sealants are designed for use on NPT or straight threads in applications ranging from -60°F (-51°C) to 1800°F (982°C) and pressures up to 11,000 PSI (758 Bar), as well as vacuum. These products are categorized as Paste, Liquid, PTFE, or Rubber Sealants and can be applied to fine or coarse fittings to prevent leakage from steam, hydrocarbons, oils, exhaust gas, and various chemical environments.
